This is in addition to the many alterations we have made to our equipment when our client’s seek a customised solution.

Customisation Service
Due to the number of unique problems which can arise when lifting heavy loads, or when a client requires movement of an awkward load in their premises or off-site, the current product offerings for lifting in their original design may not provide the ideal solution.

Steplift Limited can address this gap by customizing our products from Belet (Pallet & Stacking Trucks – Manual & Motorised) to deliver the necessary solutions. We will collaborate with our clients to understand what is required. We will then complete drawings of the alterations to the designated instrument.

When agreed with our client, our Engineer will implement the necessary changes, strictly adhering to the agreed drawings.

After Sales Service
We pride ourselves on offering a thorough after-sales service. All equipment, no matter where it is sourced requires maintenance to ensure maximum uptime. To facilitate our client’s we offer a proactive approach, by offering our client’s the opportunity to have preventative maintenance carried out on their products using a planned approach. This avoids unnecessary downtime and prolongs the life of your equipment.

We also offer next day delivery of spare parts to Europe and the Middle East. In addition to the above, all of the Steplift Limited distributors have their own experienced Engineers to manage any repairs, should this unlikely situation occur.
